Thank you Po ng marami for reading my HOPES ika-nga..hehehe.Kaya nga po,that's why I have to study harder for my review maybe din may plano talaga c PAPA JESUS sa aking career.But sana lang Po na huwag nman po sana kaming agad-agad ialis bilang KVP at sa amin ng napagpaguran at mahal naming trabaho for 4 years in teaching the young learners and for all our efforts,seminars and trainings, techniques,methods and strategies on how to teach them effectively.Subsidized preschool teacher kasi po kami dati ngayon KVP na.Kahit man lang Po KVP at still honorarium lang yung w/out license as long as monthly honorarium ok na because we do love this Teaching JOB and MISSION....At dito na lamang Po.Thank You Po Sir Tinio at Admin Staff.GOD BLESS US!

Dear Sir/Madame:

Sa pamamagitan po ng SARO nakukuha ng mga volunteer kindergarten teachers ang kanilang sahod. Matagal po talaga ang proseso ng pagrerelease ng SARO ng DBM at kailangang pa pong magsumite ng Financial Report ang bawat division. Kahit may kulang na isang pirma hindi po mapoproseso ang inyong sahod. Kaya po, tuloy-tuloy po ang kampanya ng ACT Teachers para sa regularisasyon ng mga qualified volunteer and contractual teachers. Tayo po ay nakapaglagay ng Special Provision sa Budget ng DepEd ngayong 2012 na bigyang priyoridad ang mga nasabing guro.

Sa ngayon po para makatulong kami sa inyo, pwede po bang malaman kung saan division kayo nagtuturo at kung ilang mga guro ang hindi nakakasahod para makapag-follow-up po kami sa inyong division office tungkol sa status ng inyong sahod.

Dear Sir/Madame:

Kindly refer to the revised guidelines on the hiring of Teacher I Positions in public schools issued by the Department of Education. Asking recommendation letter from a politician and any other high ranking officials in the government is not acceptable. All concerned divisions and departments under DepEd should follow the said Department Order. You can assert to the division where you applied that they should follow the ranking process and not rely on the recommendation that they will receive.

One of the qualifications or requirements for a teacher to have an item is for him/her to be a licensed teacher. Maybe, a LET Review could be a great help for you to pass the said examination. You can dot it Ma'am.

Based on Deped Order No. 66 s. 2007(Revised Guidelines on the Appointment and Promotion of Other Teaching, Related Teaching and Non-Teaching Position), the education criteria should be complete academic requirements for Master's Degree.

Dear Sir/Ma'm
I am a preschool teacher in public schools under the kindergarten volunteer program. I received a monthly salary of 3000. But it takes 6months or more to received it. My concern is , how can we survive if we didnt receive our salary a month. Kahit po konti lang ang sweldo namin basta kahit papaano makakatulong na din sa pamilya. I have a 2yrs old daughter. Since kulang po yung sweldo ko for yayas, what i did is i brought my daughter in school. So parang I serve two masters at the same time. Nahahati po yung atensyon ko sa anak at mga pupils ko. Im trying my best to become an effective teacher, para makita po ng principal na I deserve to belong in the national item. My husband salary is only enough for the rent of our house, electricity, water bill, food. Sana po itaas na ninyo ang sweldo ng mga kindergarten volumteer program teacher ng 70000, kahit papaano makakatulong ito sa amin. At mayroon pa din po yun mga KVP teacher sa mga bundok , they receive only 1500 per month kasi po konti lng ang mga bata sa bundok. At sana the government will open more item in the kindergarten program.

Dear Sir/Ma'm,
I've been teaching in the public high school for 5 years now. But up to this writing, I am still a casual teacher. I always submit my credentials for ranking every year. I once asked our A.O. why is the ranking not followed. The answer I received, is that even I ranked 1st, still that would be subject to recommendation. How long will it take to have a national item? Some of my co-teachers applied directly at DepEd NCR. I have passed 2 government examinations, PBET and Civil Service Professional Exam. I also have been teaching in private schools/colleges for 15 years. And it will be my 6th year in teaching in public this coming school year. Can you please help me what is the best action I would take? If I submit my papers at NCR to what department?

Sir Tinio good evening and to the ACT partylists.Sir I am very much happy and thankful of having a kind-hearted person,not just any person but an Honorable Sir Tinio,who gives moral,emotional and spiritual support to all teachers especially,We,the kindergarten volunteer teachers.Sir,I am happy upon reading that the KVP teachers will be given priority for T-I position.BUT,SAD to say Sir,I am not a licensed teacher.I am a BSED-Math graduate yr.2008 but sad to say I did not pass the LET exam for 4times where I took last march,2012 where still I failed.Maybe because I realy hate Math subject and my Ed.Course but due of respecting my Mom's choice so I took the course and finished it with no regrets.And time came.......LET Exams.....4times failed.Although I finished my BSED course but I took Preschool Ed.units because honestly I love children.I am now a married Mom having 4 wonderful kids and a supportive husband.I am about 4 yrs of handling Kindergarten pupils,and yet still a problem regarding og our salary or honorarium as of now.I have gone through many kindergarten seminars,like I was the one luckily selected by our division to attend the AGAPP foundation seminar and workshop and many more seminars attended here in our division about how to be an effective preschool teacher.And so I can say,maybe I could be and maybe shall I say I AM.....hehhehe...because i received awards from our division like festival of talents last yr.where my beloved lil pupil got the 3rd placer in reading last november.Sir,I know only that LET license is my hindrance in qualifying Teacher Item.Sir I hope that this hiring and accreditation of kindergarten teacher or regularization will not be so strict about the LET license but its on how effective and more qualified to teach the young learners with all their love and efforts and stand as a second mother or father in school.Because I know that the school division will select and regularized KVP teachers if worth deserving for having those seminars,trainings,registered KVP teacher and especially got preschool MA units.Hoping for that Sir.More Power and GOD BLESS US ALL!
